Answer: If your card was charged, your order was received. Please make sure your email address was submitted correctly. If everything is correct, you may need to check your spam folder for the confirmation email. 

Answer: Depending on demand, it typically takes 2-4 business days for handling. Handling time does NOT include shipping time. Shipping time is based on the shipping method selected.

Answer: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer overnight shipping.

Answer: We understand that mistakes happen, we've been there too, and we want to do whatever we can to get your clothing to you ASAP!  We are hoping you, our awesome customer, understands that every time we re-ship we lose money in addition to profit on the sale. Sometimes being a small business is not easy. We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following:

Wrong Address Policy: If you made an error in entering your address for an order that has NOT shipped yet, call our office to leave a message with your request AND send us an email with the new address. (440) 688-3161

If you made an error in entering your address for an order that has already shipped, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender

If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, minus the cost of shipping and a 40% penalty, because we cannot restock it.

 

This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it! Thank you again for your business, we are more than happy to work with you.
